Mr. Tim Tolber, received his undergraduate degree from Framingham State College in Massachussetts. Graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati with a Master in Education, and post-graduate work at the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University.
He is a Licensed School Counselor a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. His experience includes: Twenty-three years of residential and outpatient alcohol and drug counseling and family, marital and adolescent counseling. He has spent five years in private practice as a Clinical Counselor and a Clinical Director of an Employee Assistance Program. Since 1999 he has been a Classroom Instructor in the Graduate Counseling Program at Capital University. He has been in the Dublin City School District since 1993 as a High School Guidance Counselor with three of those years as a Safe & Drug-Free Schools Coordinator.
